Dear developers,

we would like to announce the new package TEQC for quality assessment in target \
capture experiments.

Targeted sequencing of genomic regions of interest (e.g. the exome) is now widely \
used. Besides ensuring good quality of the sequencing itself, it is also important to \
check the quality of the target enrichment process. TEQC addresses this issue and \
provides functions for assessing and visualizing enrichment quality measures, like \
specificity and sensitivity of the capture, per-target read coverage and so on.  

The package is available at

http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.8/bioc/
