Hi all,

currently packages that use a Makefile with "pdflatex" for building their
vignette produce the following error messages on 64-bit Windows (Liverpool):

pdflatex.exe: Windows API error 5: Access is denied.
make: *** [pdf] Error 1
Error in buildVignettes(dir = ".") : running 'make' failed

This may indicate a problem with the Latex installation on that machine.
Strangely enough, this only seems to be the case with BioC 2.6 but not 2.7.

Just wanted to mention it, since it only affects a few packages and thus may
have slipped under the radar.
