On a test machine I was hoping for better dns performance on an
SMP machine so I decided to give bind-9.0.0b2 a try.

The environment:
    redhat-6.1
    stock gcc-1.1.2
    Dual cpu x86
    slave dns config
    ./named -n 2 (to use 2 cpu's)
One domain that named was slave for was denying zone transfers

The way I can kill it is using a threaded java code I wrote
that runs 32 threads continuously loading an apache access log
and doing dns lookups. The log I'm using has 112000 entries,
but only 5000 ish unique addresses (only the unique addresses
are looked up). Only 200 ish are successful before named dies.

I'm not sure if it's the load, or possibly a corrupt query
i.e. some garbage in the log file results in a dns lookup
for a random string.

Is this a surprise? Is there a test/debug bind-9.0.0b2 nameserver
that I could try to crash that would help? What other info
should I provide?
