	Well the forwarding worked.  I would however add
	"forward only;" to the zone declarations.

	On general principal you should not be making a machine
	authoritative for things that are not delegated to it.  RFC
	1918 implicitly delegates to 168.192.IN-ADDR.ARPA,
	10.IN-ADDR.ARPA and 16.172.IN-ADDR.ARPA to 31.172.IN-ADDR.ARPA
	not IN-ADDR.ARPA.  If the answer below leaks it has the
	potential to poision caches.
