Gents, I had to comment out:
#listen-on-v6 { any; };
Which totally makes sense, and actually, i was searching named.conf for
ipv6 while troubleshooting, however, I should have used /v6 instead of
/ipv6 in vim :)
So, problem is fixed and things are happy.
