The error message indicates that 120.xx.xx.xx.in-addr.arpa
has been delegated to 168.143.168.1 but it is not serving
	120.xx.xx.xx.in-addr.arpa.

It would be much easier to tell you what to do if you hadn't
tried to hide all the relevent details.
