You are very confused.

A Primary Domain controller is an M$ thing and had little to do with BIND.
BIND is a nameserver for domain names like "isdesigndev.com" It is the kind
of thing that if you do not know what it is you most likely do not need one.

For an open source PDC look at Samba (www.samba.org). I think it will run
on freebsd. For sure it will run on Linux.
