instead of pushing many variables into each node's template, such as 
$base_url, I think it makes better sense to pass it a single array, much 
like smarty does automatically with $smarty array.

So like {$smarty.session.SomeVar}

In node templates, we could have:

{$binarycloud.base_url}

or maybe better with a layout:

{$binarycloud.workspace.name}
{$binarycloud.workspace.base_url}
{$binarycloud.app.name}

This may be overkill at first - {$binarycloud.VarName} may be fine enough.
