Hi Jason,

Right. Bascially but without the nasty [ ] sections. Sections sould be made 
by hirachy so we can stay with the simple key/value idiom (see 
phing.system.util.Properties)

package.name = somename
another.deep.hirachy.key = value

The properties class is using parse_ini_file() btw.
