One possibility I would like to throw out is that we
suppliment the WIKI with a section of the website
which uses the FAQOmatic system to handle things like
install troubles and more basic questions.  The WIKI
is very good for lots of jobs, but for these specific
problems I believe the FAQOMATIC offers more structure
and would be easier for new users to navigate.  I'm
not proposing replacing the WIKI - just adding a
FAQOMATIC as a specific help for newcomers area,
dealing with things like omniORB and ggi issues which
aren't directly related to Berlin, but still relevant.
