Hi,

The main jakarta page has been updated:

1. CVS repo reference
2. Subproject reference
3. Mailing list references

I've also made the start of the xdocs so that users don't get an error when
going to the site.

I will try to convert the tex docs tonight. If I missed anything let me
know.

I think once the docs are done we can release. Markus?
