org.apache.batik.dom.events.EventListenerList#removeListener

if not head. and found listner, we can't return at

 return;

we must decrement counter "n" after remove listener
for keep EventListenerList proper condition.

(if n is not correct, EventSupport#fireEventListeners outputs Exception. )
