Yet another update to the DynamicRenderer

This updated version of the renderer seems to provide similar
performance on Windows as the original DynamicRenderer.
It might also solve the 'slow update' problem on Mac OS X.
It 'draws' the 'dirty' regions from the previous buffer into
the new buffer rather than copying them to a temp buffer
and then setting it into the new frame (the theory is that
this allows the Image data to stay on the Graphics Card).
