This kind of begs the question of why we have the <copyrepl> task?  It 
duplicates this functionality of XMLC.  Did we create it to remove the 
dependency on XMLC for using Barracuda apps..which, theoretically, should 
be able to be used by any technology that supports the DOM?

This is one thing I've never quite understood.  Christian created 
it.  Maybe he can shed light on the purpose of his creation?
