What you want, can be done in the schedule resource.

Schedule {
  Name = "MonthlyCycle"
  Run = Level=Full Pool=Monthly-A 1st sun at 2:05
  Run = Level=Full Pool=Monthly-B 2nd sun at 2:05
  [...]
}
