Summary: Empty list of jobs
Description:
In the bat window the Jobs list is always empty.
Steps to Reproduce:
Install version 5.2.5 on Windows 7.
Open bat.
Click on Jobs list.

I am wondering if this isn't the Bat bug on Windows that causes bat to "freeze"
if there is pending console output when bat is started.
I cannot reproduce your problem, so I suggest you try stopping bat, then restart
it and see if the problem goes away.

I have seen that Windows bat hangs if there is console output pending, but that
is a separate bug. I cannot reproduce this bug.
