Summary:                    Windows fd reports errro if connection to sd is lost
for some seconds while job is running
Description: 
If a job is running and the tcp session between windows fd and sd is
interrupted for some second (e.g. when some packages are dropped) fd
reports almost immediately an error (only some seconds) .

windows-fd JobId 24: Fatal error: ../../filed/backup.c:892 Network send
error to SD. ERR=Input/output error
windows-fd JobId 24: Error: ../../lib/bsock.c:306 Write error sending
64957 bytes to Storage daemon:10.10.153.33:9103: ERR=Input/output error

With the linux fd, this is working correctly and the connection can be
gone for several minutes.

Please talk to Microsoft about this, or find out how to change the network
retry timeout on your Windows machines.

Sorry, but this is not a Bacula bug.  If the OS reports an error, Bacula
fails the job.
