This isn't a known problem, only that running spring inside the AAR is
an advanced case and you have to follow the instructions carefully.
IOW, it works fine ;-) .

Please read the tutorial carefully and it will work for you as it does
others who are successfully doing just that. In particular, make sure
all the spring jars and the axis2-spring* jars are in the AAR and not
in WEB-INF/lib - a common albeit not universal cause for the problem
you have.
