A web service client should be allowed to turn off certificate validation when \
                dealing with web service under https/SSL

Currently when a web service client try to access a web service under https/SSL, the \
client has to provide a valid certificate. We should make it as an option, that is, a \
client is allowed to choose not validate the certificate.
