Eric Vergnaud created AVRO-1403:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Different arrays should be considered as different types in \
enums Key: AVRO-1403
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO-1403
             Project: Avro
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: spec
    Affects Versions: 1.7.5
         Environment: all
            Reporter: Eric Vergnaud

When you try to create an union comprising say an array of ints and an array of \
strings, you get a ""Duplicate in union: array". I appreciate that this is in the \
spec, but the spec is wrong since an array of ints and an array of strings have \
different types. Two ways to fix this:
 - provide support for named arrays
 - dig into array element type
