Hello:
I am sorry about use "Cygwin 3.3.3", be sure that is GCC 3.3.3 (cygwin 
special).
Since cygwin is now at 1.5.24, and the setup.exe for cygwin allows install 
m4 1.4.10, autoconf 2.61, and perl 5.8.8 directly into /usr/bin,so the 
problem directly solution. Now I use old cygwin no upgrade, I continue to 
configure  and trying Autoconf the setup problem. Thank your answer !
