Hi,

I just noticed that "php -l" hangs in parallel tests.  So
that I can report this bug to PHP: How can I reproduce the
situation described in the info file:

|      In parallel mode, the standard input device of the testsuite
|      script is not available to commands inside a test group.

with a simple command line?
