Here are the changes:

- in gtk.c, add "View" menu to hide unused channels 
- in gtk.c, use gtk_signal_connect_object() rather than
  gtk_signal_connect(), so device numbers may be passed to callback
  functions
- in gtk.c, remove aumix_destroy() and just use gtk_widget_destroy() 
- update Polish translation
