Several "New Game" buttons after spectators disconnected

It seems like you did not fix the last "New Game" button bug. I was playing on
the paris server (CVS >= 20030228) and won (the other player disconnected
because no one was losing and there is no draw or tie feature). Then I
connected with another client and joined the game as a spectator (".gS21" in
this case). When I closed the spectator client I got another "New Game" button
in the client where I had played. I repeated this 4 times so I got 5 buttons.
