Greetings List

I'm trying to setup a queue in a different way that usual to give a
clearer feedback to the customer.

What i'm trying to do is to let the caller hear MOH when no agent's
phones are ringing (i.e. everybody busy or there are no agents
agailable/logged in) but ring on the caller side when an agent phone is
actually ringing. The 'r' option in the Queue command is not a viable
solution, mainly for two reasons:
1) It forces ringing state, even if no phone is ringing at all
2) It breaks the periodic announcement

>From my experience with customer centers is quite a common solution,
but I'm unable to accomplish it.
Does anybody have an idea about this ?

Thanks a lot!
