The driver I am developing supports both FXS and FXO.
Initially I have done FXS portion, it was improved by  Vittorio Gambaletta
and you can find it as OpenWRT package at 
https://github.com/villagetelco/vt-fxs-packages.
After I finalize FXO portion I will push it as well.
