When I switched over to Asterisk 1.8.5-rc1 yesterday, I had to set progressinband=yes (was
commented out) in sip.conf or I heard no ringing. I do have Progress() as one of the first things in
the incoming dial plan.

I only mention this as it was an unexpected change in behavior for me. I didn't change anything
other than move to rc1 to see what might break. :) So far, that's the only thing I've found. :)

I don't know if Asterisk is now doing the right thing and didn't before or not, but I thought I should
mention it in case this behavior shouldn't have changed going from 1.8.4.4 to 1.8.5-rc1.

Now that I think about it, I don't recall touching progressinband since
http://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=17372.

Dennis
