Hello All,

I have one application hosted on linux server for IVR baseed Travelling guide.

Application is based configured using Asterisk server and AGI Server.

The flow is some thing like this:

User calls a number it goes to asterisk server
asterisk server call AGI server and it performs dabase operations.

the flow was working perfrectly for few months.

But since last 15 day i am facing issue that AGI server stop down unexpectedly and \
asterisk server unable to connect it.

I have talked to my hosting support team and they said the issue occurs when AGI \
server is idle for few min or hours. so its nocall means idle time is causing issue.

Can any one have any idea why is this happening? is there any setting for AGI server \
or Asterisk server to set Idle time.

I have used combination of ( Asterisk server + Fast AGI server + java and mysql \
server )

So if any one have any idea about it please let me know.

Thanks & Regards,
Sandip Parikh
