Tian -
   Yes, the issues.asterisk.org site is still the correct place to  
which bugs should be reported, and patches submitted.  I don't know  
the status of libss7, but I would assume it is operational.  If you  
don't have a test system it will be difficult to create patches that  
will be tested, but if they are obvious flaws they may be accepted and  
tested by others.
