Well, if no-one has changed the code, we should still match on name
before IP for peers, so that should not be true. I will have to check
the source code, because that's an important feature of kill-the-user
and is a bug. I know there's been some changes done recently
that I will have to review in detail, like a duplicate flag for  
type=user,
which should not be needed.
