Hmm.... I don't see anything. However the issues you mention should have
been resolved in the SVN version.

Try:

svn diff \
  http://svn.digium.com/svn/zaptel/tags/1.4.9.2/kernel/xpp/utils/Makefile \
  http://svn.digium.com/svn/zaptel/branches/1.4/kernel/xpp/utils/Makefile
