I am trying to use dnid information for the DynExtenDB app by Andreas
Otto. My extension.conf has the line:

exten => _1XXX,1,DynExtenDB(${EXTEN})

When I pick up a Zap line connected to my server and dial 1001 the
console tells me there was no dnid information sent. Upon investigation
I found the value of dnid member of the ast_structure in the APP was
NULL when called in any case. I have also tried this line:

exten => 1001,1,DynExtenDB

(as is indicated in the DynExtenDB readme) to no avail. Same result.

  I have found very few uses of the dnid member in the source files of
asterisk or any of its apps. Has this been deprecated or lost in the
shuffle? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!!
