Summary:                    PRI with EuroISDN, CCS, HDB3 and CRC4
Description: 
If I config the pri card with this setup:

EuroISDN
CCS
HDB3
CRC4
pri_cpe
1 - Slave

the card is always unconfigured cause the info parsed to the zaptel.conf
is wrong:

span = 2,1,0,ccs,CRC4,HDB3

the right info will be:
span = 2,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
