Actually, we didn't make a formal presentation at CCC, just informal  
discussions at the GSM table, so there's no video.  You might be  
thinking of OpenBSC, an open-source GSM project built around  
commercial mini-BTS equipment.

There was a presentation at eComm 2009, but the video is not up yet.
