Don't only mention two-dimensional arrays I think. Multi-dimentional should
be more generic.

Seems like most people are not aware of the mult-dimensional array support.
Even the book Learning the Korn Shell (2nd edition, 2002, by Bill
Rosenblatt and Arnold Robbins) says ksh93 only supports one-dimensional
arrays. :)
