While all regression test can be run with nmake, the ksh93 tests
can also be run by going to the tests directory of the ksh93 source
and running

	SHELL=<path_of_ksh93> <path_of_ksh93> shtests

or
	SHELL=<path_of_ksh93> <path_of_ksh93> shtests ...

to run specific tests.
