Do you mean:
   ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/hu/aspell6-hu-0.99.4.2-0.tar.bz2?

In that case the data should already be there.  You need to uncompress the 
word list using:
   preunzip hu.cwl
The affix file is in "hu_affix.dat".

I had the clean up the mysql ".dic" file using the script "doc/clean.pl".
