Is there a way i can get the Aspell 0.60 install exe for WIN32 as
it has
not been updated in the http://aspell.net/win32 site yet. If
anybody has
the link or exe, please let me know.

You can download a project that contains aspell and a sub-project
here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/descdatadiary/

This project is in alpha status and is not available as a
binnary, so you will need to compile it. Read the install.txt
file.
