Hello,

I am trying to get aspell working on current Cygwin (I want to use it 
with LyX for my thesis), and I cannot build it. I used the 
CXXFLAGS='-O2' and even upgraded to the latest CVS Libtool (1.4e), but 
it doesn't work, either version I try (0.50.0 or the 0.50.1-test2).
