What I am planning to do is add a new option language-tag which will
be the ISO-code. The tag will default to the value of the LANG
environmental variable. I will then use the *.pwli files to find the most
appropriate word list based on setting of the language-tag variable. I
will also add a the -L option to the command line as a short cut to
--language-tag.
