Aspell version .28.2.1 alpha is now out.  Changes: fixed to compile with
gcc 2.95(.1), misc bug fixed in the config and language classes, and
more informative output when using "dump config".

Aspell-dicts .13 is out.  Changes: fixed to work with aspell .28.2.1

Gaspell .28.2 will still work with the new Aspell version.
