Good idea. The freeze is over now, so now would be a good time for doing it.
Probably the best is if you call the program somewhat generic, maybe artsshell,
that was the old name in 0.3.4.1. It can later be extended with more
functionality, like

# artsshell suspend
# artsshell midi list
# artsshell midi route <from> <to>
# artsshell execute foo.arts

and so on.
