Hello,

I just got apr_20011124232015.tar.gz and with the following steps, the code
is not compiling on a RedHat 7.1 box with
	gcc 2.95.3
	glibc-2.2.4-19
	autoconf 2.52f
	automake 1.5
	libtool 1.4.2

./buildconf
env CFLAGS=-O3 ./configure                                              \
                --verbose                                               \
                --prefix=/tmp/blair/a                                   \

Making all in file_io/unix
