Start graphics.
Set visible grid (View -> Grids)
Set the grid to 1/10 inch (View -> Grid/Ruler Scale).
Turn grid snap on (Arrange -> Grid Snap)
Set the default character size to 12pts (Format -> Character settings)
Click somewhere in the page, click on the big 'A' button and type the
text "tetd" in.
Get the Arrange -> Move dialog box. Select the text and move to the
horizontal 1.8 vertical 3.9 position. Use Apply and not OK so that the
dialog stays on. The box will show you that it moved the text to
[1.799, 3.899] ...

Click on the magnifying glass button (on the side, not the top) and
draw a rectange around the text, just slightly larger than the text
itself. You will see the text quite enlarged.

Now for the bugs:

Bug 1:
******
Double-click on the text (it will be selected and a little
caret cursor placed into it). Now try to mark the 'e' without
marking the first 't' as well. You won't until you turn grid snap off.

Bug 2:
******
Double click on the text (so that you select it for editing, not just
select it) then click on the background (deselect the text). Repeat it
and watch your text. It will move up-left with each selection/deselection
and you will see its movement in the position window as well.
Actually, if you watch closely you will see that on your first click
of the double the text gets selected and the position window will show
the current position. On the second click the text gets selected for
editing and it does not move on the screen but the position window
decrements both coordinates by 0.002 inch. When you deselect the text
then it will move to the position which was indicated by the position
window after your second click.
I don't know how much can you move the text, I got bored of clicking
after moving it 0.3 inches in each coordinate. I guess it would stop
somewhere ultimately.

This second bug seems to be an other form of the old (since 3.7) bug
which does the same if you select the text, get the Format -> Character
Settings menu and keep clicking on the Apply button without doing
anything else. The only difference is that in this case the position
window is not updated.
