The onexec.sh test has been notorious for occasionally failing and we typically
attribute the behavior to the test being racy. It comes down to one process
needing to verify the security context of another process at a certain time.
This patch set makes it so that the process going through profile transitions
can verify its own security context and report an error if the expected
security context is not found.
