Fixed. Turns out things get weird when the application window is larger
than the X server's Virtual desktop. :)

This needs a lot of attention. I believe I solved simple abuses against
DISPLAY and XAUTHORITY, but there is surely more here.

In addition, I added NOTES and KNOWN LIMITATIONS sections to the man
page to explain some things.
