I have a Smart-UPS 750 XL with monitoring card AP9617.
I am running apcupsd 3.14.14 on OpenWRT.
The UPS is monitored via snmp

UPSTYPE snmp
DEVICE 192.168.10.80:161:APC:public
--
Everything is perfect except that the battery voltage is only reported as
integer values (25.0 26.0 27.0).
I think it is because the "wrong" OID is used.
There are two OIDs for battery voltage on the AP9617.
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.2.8.0 upsAdvBatteryActualVoltage
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.3.4.0 upsHighPrecBatteryActualVoltage
The first one reports an integer voltage only.
The second one is the battery voltage with one decimal (reported value must
be divided by 10 to get volt).

It would be nice to check if the second OID exists and then use that one to
provide battery voltage with one decimal for the Smart UPS / AP9617 combo.
