We're getting an error from generate.wsf in our nightly
builds (and I just reproduced it in a manual build with
the latest trunk) saying that a handle is invalid. See
for example:

The relevant lines of text around the error are:
...
Configuring project dependencies...
Writing solution on disk...
Generating build.bat...
D:\bman5\builds\33244569\source-buildspace\etc\config\windows\generate.wsf(166, 
6) (null): The handle is invalid.

I looked at what's on line 166 in generate.wsf but I can't
say I see what's causing it. Farid, could you take a look
when you have a minute?
