Hello 

im new to tomcat and this is newbie questions about integrating tomcat
and apache tighter 

I did some reading of course on the WWW and I found that implementation
of the both I will need to 

Download and install tomcat as separate server and then add the mod_jk
to be as connector between the apache web servers 

and the tomcat web server , my first question is 

is there any why to use the tomcat server as plugin to apache?  like
mod_php  or mod_perl ?
