Bargh, I was working on a _possible_ new /advocacy/ section, and forgot 
to realize
that you can't get a cvs diff of stuff in a new directory without having 
cvs added that
directory. But cvs add on a directory is an immediate action.

Sorry for the useless spam. This directory might or might not appear in 
the future.
